The training focused on the company’s current management system, covering the following key areas:
Attendance & Leave Policies:Working hours, leave request procedures, and approval authority
Office Conduct Guidelines:Information security, equipment usage, office etiquette, and other daily behavior standards
Reward & Discipline Management:Clear criteria and procedures for recognition and disciplinary actions
Confidentiality & Compliance Requirements:Strengthening awareness of protecting trade secrets, customer information, and intellectual property
The session combined centralized instruction, case studies, and live Q&A. The presenter from the Admin Department explained key policy points and implementation considerations using real-world workplace scenarios. Participating employees engaged actively in discussions, creating a positive and interactive atmosphere.
