High-performance Teslin cards made with PPG Teslin substrate – a premium microporous synthetic material that combines the printability of paper with the durability of plastic. Our Teslin cards deliver superior ink absorption, exceptional lamination strength, and reliable RFID/NFC performance.

Operating at 13.56 MHz (HF) or 860-960 MHz (UHF), compliant with ISO 14443A and ISO 18000-6C standards. Available chip options include MIFARE series, NTAG series, ICODE, UCODE.

Teslin substrate is 100% synthetic and waterproof, featuring a microporous polyolefin-silica matrix that locks inks, toners, and laminates into the material. Available thickness: 0.18mm to 1.0mm .

Ideal for secure identification cards, driver‘s licenses, e-passports, loyalty cards, membership cards, and RFID-enabled smart cards .

Available with full-color offset printing, custom logo, sequential numbering, QR codes, and chip encoding.
