High security polycarbonate ID cards – the global standard for government-issued identification and corporate access control. Our Polycarbonate PC ID Cards are manufactured from rigid, durable polycarbonate material, offering superior strength and tamper resistance compared to standard PVC cards .

Polycarbonate cards feature exceptional durability – resistant to bending, cracking, and extreme temperatures. The material allows for laser engraving (not printing), creating permanent, high-resolution text and photo images that cannot be altered or removed . This makes PC cards the preferred choice for national IDs, driver‘s licenses, biometric passports, and high-security employee badges .

Operating with standard CR80 dimensions (85.5mm x 54mm), available in 0.8mm thickness . Supports all standard encoding options – 13.56MHz HF chips, 125kHz LF chips, and UHF inlays.

Available with laser engraving for personalization, sequential numbering, and embedded RFID/NFC chips. Full-color CMYK printing is not recommended for polycarbonate – laser engraving provides superior security and permanence.
