Polylactic acid (PLA) card

The PLA sustainable card refers to an environmental protection material label made of starch raw materials extracted from renewable plant resources (such as corn, cassava, etc.).

Why Bio-sourced PLA card?

Polylactic acid (PLA) is a sustainable plastic substitute made with renewable bio-sourced resources such as corn. It is non-petroleum-based and non-toxic if incinerated.

PLA material has the following advantages

1. 100% biodegradable and the degradation rate can reach more than 90% under 180-day industrial composting

2. 100% recyclable and reused

3. Energy saving and carbon reduction, carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 60%, and non-renewable energy consumption can be reduced by 50%

4. Low VOC, no formaldehyde, benzene, toluene and other toxic and harmful gas emissions from the material matrix

PET Card
PET stands for polyethylene terephthalate, which is a plastic resin and form of polyester. PET cards are made up of a combination of PVC and polyester that's highly durable and heat-resistant. Typically made of 40% PET materials and 60% PVC, Composite PVC-PET cards are constructed to be stronger and to withstand high heat settings, whether you laminate or print with retransfer ID card printers.

Why PET sustainable card?

Polyethylene terephthalate, also called PET, is the name of a type of clear, strong, lightweight and 100% recyclable plastic.

Unlike other types of plastic, PET plastic is not single-use -- it is 100% recyclable, versatile, and made to be remade.

Advantages of PET Material card

PET is a desirable fuel for Waste-to-energy plants, as it has a high calorific value which helps to reduce the use of primary resources for energy generation.


PETG sustainable card is a polyester obtained by copolymerization modification of polyacid polyol. PETG material is briefly a transparent plastic.

Why choose PETG?

The environmental protection of PETG is due to its degradability, and the chemical elements contained in it are carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen like paper. After the products made of this material are discarded, they will eventually become water and carbon dioxide.

Recycled PVC (RPVC)

Recycled plastic (R-PVC) refers to the plastic raw materials obtained after processing waste plastics by physical or chemical methods such as pretreatment, melt granulation, modification, etc., and is the reuse of plastics.

1. PVC is well suited to recycling due to it's advanced mechanical recycling properties. 

2. Large volumes of recyclable PVC waste are available. 

3. Using Recycled PVC helps meet resource-efficiency targets and allows the preservation of natural resources. 

4. Using recycled PVC reduces emissions and landfill.

Teslin Card

Teslin sustainable card substrate is a unique synthetic paper that is used globally for commercial and specialty print applications requiring durability and security. Formulated with a polyolefin/silica matrix to create a single-layer, microporous material, Teslin substrate locks inks, toners, adhesives, coatings and laminating films into its structure, creating strong, virtually indestructible bonds and related performance benefits that other synthetic substrates cannot replicate.

It can be printed by various printing methods such as silk screen printing, gravure printing, flatbed printing, inkjet printing, digital printing and laser printing. Double-layer, double-sided printing is possible: graphics on one side and RFID antenna on the other.

This results in significant cost savings and simplified production. The ink dries quickly and clings to the Teslin flakes for good print definition and color brilliance.

Teslin are rough and wrinkled, comparable to rhinoceros leather, washable, with excellent chemical corrosion resistance, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, durability, wide temperature applicability (-70°C~200°C);

excellent dimensional stability Sex, extremely small shrinkage, strong combination with ink, toner, and adhesive, can protect the electronic device of contactless IC card.

Wooden Card

Wooden Card is made of wood or bamboo with a built-in RFID chip and contains a laser-etched logo and instructions for being lightweight and durable for a long life.

This method of directly sealing the coil chip and RFID tag into the wooden card is not only very environmentally friendly, but also reduces the interference to electromagnetic waves caused by the RFID reading and writing process and improves the performance of the RFID tag.

It can also meet good aesthetic requirements. Made of natural wood and bamboo, it can be coded, laser engraved, color screen printed, hot stamped/silvered, and customized.

Wood is the ultimate “green” product — it's renewable, sustainable, recyclable, grown locally, versatile, biodegradable and has a smaller energy, water and carbon life cycle footprint than other products.
