On June 29, 2020, the establishment of the first trade union and the first membership meeting of Shenzhen Union Smart Card Co., Ltd. were held in the company's 6th meeting room. Wang Peiqing, the vice chairman of the Nanbu Community Workers' Union, and Wang Rui, a worker of the Nanbu Community Workers' Union, attended the meeting.

At 2 pm, the conference officially kicked off under the auspices of Wang Rui, a worker of the Nanbu Community Federation of Industry Unions. At the meeting, Wang Rui briefed the delegates on the preparations for the trade union, and fulfilled all the work agendas before the election in accordance with the requirements of the "China Trade Union Charter".

The General Assembly reviewed and approved the "Measures for Election of the First Trade Union Committee of the Company", "List of Supervisors and Counters", and "List of Candidates of the First Trade Union Committee of the Company".

At the meeting, all staff representatives filled in the votes carefully and cast their own sacred votes. The conference elected the first committee of Union Smart by democratic elections and secret ballots. The members of the committee were Chen Limei, Luo Haojie, and Zeng Qishan. By equal elections, the fund review committees Zhou Cuifen, Lan Qiuxian, Xiong Wei, female staff member Zeng Qishan.

At the meeting, Chen Limei, the newly elected chairman of Union Smart, made a statement to the delegates. Trade unions are "homes of employees", and trade union cadres should do a good job in all the work of the trade unions and be the most reliable "maternal family" of all employees, so that all employees have a sense of belonging in the enterprise. At the same time, the trade union committee will give full play to the role of trade union organization as a bridge and bond, leading everyone to work together to promote the sustainable and rapid development of enterprises and make due contributions.
