Material intelligent scheduling

NFC Visual E-Ink Tag Deployment
Deploy NFC smart terminals at the process points that need to be controlled in the production line, and install NFC visual electronic tags on the material boxes/turnover boxes that carry processing.
NFC visual e-ink tag initialization
Before starting production, read the ID of the NFC visual electronic tag on the material box/turnover box through the NFC smart terminal, and bind the tag ID with the product code, production serial number, product batch number, quantity, etc. Software (APP) to edit this production information (such as name, number, batch, etc.) and write it into the NFC visual electronic tag, and after writing OK, the WIP will be sent to each process for production.
Process flow
Every time the WIP reaches a controlled process point, the NFC smart terminal writes the process content and process point information into the NFC visual e-ink tag, and transmits the production data to the background system through the NFC smart terminal.
Process inspection
After reaching the last process point, the inspector checks the NFC visual e-ink tag information, counts the number of processes of the product, if there is any omission, the missing process can be traced, and the inspector can return the product to the missing process point for rework processing. If the number of steps is correct, the production will be completed.
Warehousing and unbinding
For the finished product in process, the production management system automatically unbinds the NFC visual e-ink tag from the production barcode, and identifies the production barcode as a unique identification code and stores it in the database to provide a basis for future product traceability.
